Rub together the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add the buttermilk or yoghurt and fold together until all the dry ingredients are incorporated.
Remove from the bowl and roll it around in some dry flour to make it easier to handle.
Make 2 even sized loaves. Place baking parchment onto a baking tray and both loaves. Score an X across the top.
Bake in pre-heated oven at 225 degrees for 25 mins. Turn after 15 mins.
