Any local community professional can make a referral on your behalf. This includes, but is not limited to – GPs, health visitors, Citizens Advice, benefits coach, local councils & councillors, MPs. Please ask your referrer to email us to get the ball rolling.
We usually deliver between 12pm-5pm Monday-Friday, not including public holidays. We are not able to offer a more specific delivery window but our driver will call when they are around 30 minutes away from delivery.
No. We are a delivery-based operation and are not set up to offer collections.
Call the hub team no later than 12pm on the day of delivery. We can always rearrange deliveries that are cancelled on time.
