Ingredients

  • Eggs
  • Boiling water
  • Cold water

Method

  • Step 1

    Bring the water to a rolling boil.

  • Step 2

    Gently lower the egg(s) into the water.

  • Step 3

    Keep the water at a slow rolling boil and boil slowly for 6 minutes.

  • Step 4

    Remove from the heat and run under cold water until they are cool enough to handle.

  • Step 5

    Peel.
